Stapley's in England

Some of the pharmacies in England are
called Chemist.  This is a little shop
close by our flat.

We were invited to dinner by a member of the ward. Sister Allen.
We had our private dinning  room and servers. We felt like Kings and Queens.
We were treated like royalty.
Some of the items were ate were Smoked eel, Ox cheek, wood pigeon slices.
We also had Pink trout, scallops, Sour Dough Walnut Bread with Mushroom Butter.
We enjoyed Turnips and Squash & Maple Puree.  Yum!

Swinton Castle was brillant. The grounds were immaculate. The castle gardens
were beautiful. A herd of deer roaming in the field next to the castle.
  We saw owls of all kinds  in enclosures.

This is the Swinton Castle. It is now turned into a Hotel-Spa Resort

Meet our  Middlesbrough District. Evan and I are on the back row
with Sister Chiu, Sister Tang, Sister Marston and Sister Zurita.

                               We met Winnie at a market in Thirsk. She was selling Beetroot Relish
                                        and Lemon Chutney's. She even sang to us her little jingle to
                                            advertise her goods. We bought some and it is delish!
